4. Player Phone Number (CELL numbers cwill receive text confirmations.)
*Player profiles can only be created by SRSRC staff
Members MUST have a PLAYER PROFILE created by SRSRC STAFF before using the reservation system
If you make a reservation and can not keep it, PLEASE CANCEL so next member on the wait list can be notified.
If you do not cancel, you will lose 1 month of app reservation privilege.
