​​Outdoor Parties at Aviary or Trails

Complete an Outdoor Party Request Form preferably 10 days in advance

Outdoor spaces are on a first come first serve basis and can not be "roped off".

Set up a short time ahead of your party & don't take more space than needed.

Maximum number of people at an outdoor private party is 30 people total.

Guests are welcome with guest pass or $13 per person fee.

Inform front desk in advance if bringing in caterers, bouncy house, or other special requests.

No glass on the pool deck.

No loud music.

Only members may request an outdoor party.

Renting Indoor Spaces

Adult Lounge, El Mirador or Downstairs Activity Room at Aviary

Rates: $40 per hour plus $300 damage/cleaning deposit.

Room capacity:

El Mirador: 30 people

Activity Room: 30 people by fire code

Adult Lounge: 30 people (kids are allowed under parental supervision. No unattended kids.)

Rentals include access to the kitchen.

Rental is for use of the room only- no access to the rest of the club (no swimming, tennis, etc.).

Only members may rent an indoor space.

Aviary cannot take private party reservations during our Oktoberfest event (first Saturday of October). Private parties can reserve space at our Trails club.
