Outdoor parties at Aviary or Trails
You can set up your area a short time ahead of your party, however, be considerate of other members and don't take up space early or take more than you need
Step 1: Please contact our Aviary front desk, 858-271-6222 in advance of your event, to ensure that we can staff the facilities appropriately
Outdoor spaces are on a first come first serve basis and can not be "roped off". The maximum number of guests for an outdoor party is 30 people total. Non member guests need to check in at the front desk upon arrival and can use a guest pass or pay $10 per person guest fee. If bringing in a caterer, bouncy house, or other special requests please let us know in advance. No glass on the pool deck
No loud music.

Adult lounge, el mirador or downstairs activity room reservations at Aviary

Rates are $40.00 per hour with a $300.00 damage/cleaning deposit.
Room capacity: Adult Lounge is 30 people/ El Mirador is 30 people / Activity Room is 30 people by fire code.
Rentals include access to the kitchen. Rentals for members only. Rental is for the use of the room only - no access to the rest of the club (no swimming, tennis, etc.). Adult lounge: kids are allowed under the supervision of their parents. No unattended kids.
Guest policy
Guests are welcome at either Club facility when accompanied by the member
24 Guests passes are automatically added to your membership account the start of each calendar year. Additional passes can be picked up at Aviary front desk for $13 per person. Unused guest passes do not transfer to the next year.
