Important notes:
Please note that all children signed up to attend a field trip must arrive to the Center no later then 9:00am, no exceptions. All children signed up for a field trip that do not arrive by 9:00am, might be required to stay back at the Center. If your child arrives late and it conflicts with the teacher/child, you will be required to make alternate childcare arrangements until the group returns from the field trip. So please keep in mind the importance of having your child arrive on time. The children will return from the field trips no later then 3:30pm

If you schedule your child to attend the 3⁄4 day (9:00am – 3:30pm), and they arrive earlier then 9:00am or stay later then 3:30pm, your bill will be revised to reflect the full day (6:45am – 6:15pm) rate, so please make sure you choose the correct schedule that meets your child’s needs.

Free swim will take place everyday (weather permitting) from 12:30pm - 2:30pm. Provide your child with a swimsuit, towel, and sunscreen everyday. Please take all swim items home each night to wash them. Children that are scheduled to attend on the Friday field trips will not be able to swim on that day due to conflicting times.

Every Tuesday (only), your child can order cheese Pizza from Domino’s for $3.00 (2 slices), or a kids meal from Chili Peppers $4.50. All orders must be paid in cash (the day of) prior to 10:00am.

Due to teacher/child ratio, if your child has swim lessons, tennis lessons, or any other type of lesson the staff can not transport your child to and from their lessons. Prior arrangements must be made with your child’s instructor to transport your child to and from their lessons. In addition, a “Temporary Release Form” that provides your permission for the Instructor to sign your child in & out of the Center must be kept on file. Please inform the teachers/staff at the Center if your child has lessons, so that we can have your child ready for the Instructor when they pick-up your child at the Center.
